Bad Ingredients

Be aware of ingredients in food that you buy. Food manufactures and restaurants do not think about your health when it comes to sales, they are thinking about making money.  Some ingredients that are added in food are added to make you buy more and eat more of that food.  These ingredients are often times dangerous and are making you fat and causing health related issues. Food that make you fat, please avoid these ingredients in foods if you can at all cost which are:

High Fructose Corn Syrup

Food that makeIt is a man-made sweetener that’s cheaper and sweeter than sugar.  Food manufacturers has added it into many foods.  They have added this, because it helps them make money.  High Fructose Corn Syrup is bad for you. High Fructose Corn Syrup shuts off your bodies natural appetite control switches which means you can eat, eat, and eat more than you body would normally. Another food that make you fat!

Monosodium Glutamate (MSG)

This is an excitotoxin. The definition of excitotoxin is toxins that bind to certain receptors such as glutamate receptors in neurons, and cause injury or death to these neurons.  Its is dangerous and deadly; it make you fat, increases your appetite, and causes all types of physical and medical problems. Another food that make you fat!

Aspartmene

This is also an excitotoxin.  It make you fat, it makes you hungry, it makes you depressed.  It can also leads to all types of medical conditions.  It can cause such conditions as dizziness, headaches, menstrual problems, multiple sclerosis symptoms and more. Another food that make you fat!

Hyrogenated Oil or Partially Hydrogenated Oil

This is trans fat.  It is deadly and it causes heart disease, makes you fat, and causes a whole host of other medical conditions. Another food that make you fat!

Palm Oil

This oil causes all type of physical problems. Another food that make you fat!

Enriched Bleach Wheat flour, and Enriched Bleached White Flour

These types of flour has no fiber in them.  There is no nutritional value because they have been totally depleted of all nutritional value and produced in a highly chemical environment. Another food that make you fat!
